Review Notes

1. Fantastic historic pub. Said to be “haunted” ?!
2. Was very busy but didn’t feel crowded or overly noisy as had many nooks and crannies.
3. Good quality beef and good portions.
4. Very friendly and obliging staff, didn’t feel rushed at all even though it was very busy.
5. Good selections of Real Ales.
6. Bit out of the way and difficult to access via public transport.
